About this tile
£90 a tile, which works out at about £125 a square metre.
Made to order in our West Sussex workshop. We dispatch within 6 weeks and confirm your delivery date when you order.
Each tile is about 20 kg by calculation.
Four fixing holes are cast into the face. Every edge has a 1.5 mm eased arris, so the joints read as fine shadow lines.
Full specification and fixing detail: our concrete cladding page.
What do they look like?
Like precast.
A soft mottle, a little variation from tile to tile, the odd pinhole. We leave them that way on purpose.
Which colours can I order?
Any of our stock colours. Concrete darkens when it's wet, so judge a colour on a dry sample.
Want a colour matched to a paint, a fabric or something of your own? Send it to us and we'll quote.
How do they go on the wall?
They bond to a prepared wall with adhesive, the same way brick slips do. No rails, no subframe.
On a high wall, or where your engineer asks for it, they can also be screwed through the cast holes.
When will they arrive?
We confirm your delivery date when you order. They come on a pallet, UK mainland, up to 48 tiles a pallet.
What if a tile arrives damaged?
Check your tiles within 48 hours of delivery. Report any crack, damage or fault with photos to hello@roka.studio in that time and we remake anything that fails the check. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can you fit them?
Yes, within roughly 50 miles of Small Dole, and further for the right job. Fitting is priced separately, once we've seen the wall.
