If anything we make and fit fails through our fault in the first year, we remake it. From year two to year five, we repair it.

Concrete worktops have a reputation for cracking. Almost every crack caused by how a piece is made shows itself within the first year, so that is the year we promise to remake.
Remaking a worktop costs us materials, a new mould and days of work. We offer it anyway because we mix our own concrete and fit our own pieces, so when something fails, it's ours to own.
If a piece we made and installed cracks or fails because of how we mixed, made or fitted it, we recast and refit it at no cost. If the seal fails, we repair or reapply it.

Tell us as soon as you notice a crack, chip or worn patch of seal, and within 14 days at the latest. Email photos to hello@roka.studio. Small problems are quick to fix. Damage made worse by a problem left unreported isn't covered.
Before we leave, we photograph and note the cabinets, fixings and support, and you sign a handover sheet. The guarantee covers the pieces as fitted on that support.
Yes. If you sell the property, the guarantee stays with the pieces for the rest of its term.
Check the pieces within 48 hours of delivery. They will match the signed drawings and samples within ±3mm on every dimension. Report any crack, damage or fault with photos within 48 hours, and we remake anything that fails this check.
After that, handling, storage, cutting, drilling, support, fitting and sealing are outside our control, so cracks and damage appearing later aren't covered. Our liability for supply-only pieces is limited to their price.
