Concrete island tops

Concrete island and breakfast-bar tops in three standard sizes, 30 mm thick, from £1,170. Supply only, delivered to the UK mainland.
- Made to order in our West Sussex workshop, typically 3 to 6 weeks and never more than 6.
- Delivery: £75 an order when nothing is over 1.2 m long, £150 when something is. UK mainland, kerbside.
- Five-year guarantee on the making. Send us a photo of the support when it is fitted.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
About this island top
Each top is one piece with no joins. Made to order in our West Sussex workshop, typically 3 to 6 weeks and never more than 6.

Which finish?
Cream: straight from the mould, sealed. The deepest colour and a flat, even face.
Salt and pepper: diamond-finished to 800 grit, sealed. Fine sand shows through.
Both are sealed with SureCrete XS-327, a water-based polyurethane rated to 149°C.
Which colours can I order?
Any of our stock colours. Concrete darkens when it's wet, so judge a colour on a dry sample.
How heavy is it?
A 2.4 m top weighs about 170 kg and needs four people to carry it. It is one piece with no joins, so it arrives whole.
Before you order, measure the tightest turn on the way in: the doorway, hall or stair the top has to pass.
How far can it overhang?
Up to 250 mm with no support, enough for stools at a breakfast bar. Past that, we design in a steel bracket and price it on the drawing, so ask us for a quote.
What's the guarantee?
Five-year guarantee on the making: if a fault comes from how we cast it, we remake it in year one and repair it to year five. Send us a photo of the support when it's fitted.
Check your island top within 48 hours of delivery. It will match the size you ordered within ±3 mm. Report any crack, damage or fault with photos to hello@roka.studio in that time and we remake anything that fails the check. Terms of sale, section 4. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can you fit it?
Yes, within roughly 50 miles of Small Dole, and further for the right job. Fitting is priced separately, once we've seen where it's going.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind (terms of sale, section 5).
