About this waterfall island
There's no mitre and no joint at the corner. The top and the fall are cast together.
The top is 30 mm thick. Each end is 900 mm high, floor to top, and runs the full 1 m depth of the island.
Each island is made to order in West Sussex. We dispatch within 6 weeks of your order and email your delivery date.
Which finish?
Cream: straight from the mould, sealed. The deepest colour and a flat, even face.
Salt and pepper: diamond-finished to 800 grit, sealed. Fine sand shows through.
Both are sealed with SureCrete XS-327, a water-based polyurethane rated to 149°C.
Which colours can I order?
Any of our stock colours. Concrete darkens when it's wet, so judge a colour on a dry sample.
What do you get from a concrete waterfall island?
One piece with no joins, so the corner is as clean as the top. The colour is in the concrete itself, not painted on, and every colour costs the same.
The seal is rated by its maker to 149°C and is stain resistant to most household chemicals and food. The ROKA 5-Year Guarantee covers the making.
Will it fit my kitchen?
Your cabinets sit under the top, between the ends. Plan them to the island before you order.
Measure the tightest turn on the way in too: the doorway, hall or stair it has to pass. It arrives as one piece.
How heavy is it?
Concrete at 30 mm weighs about 70 kg for every square metre, no heavier than granite or quartz at the same thickness. Delivery is kerbside, so plan the carry in with your fitter.
What's included?
The island top and its waterfall ends, sealed and ready to fit, delivered kerbside. Cabinets, fixing and fitting are not included. It is made to the size you chose within ±3 mm.
What does it cost in all?
With both ends it is £6,995; with one end, £5,995. Delivery is £150 because it is over 1.2 m, so £7,145 or £6,145 in all.
What's the guarantee?
Five-year guarantee on the making: if a fault comes from how we cast it, we remake it in year one and repair it to year five. Send us a photo of the support when it's fitted.
Check your waterfall island within 48 hours of delivery. It will match the size you ordered within ±3 mm. Report any crack, damage or fault with photos to hello@roka.studio in that time and we remake anything that fails the check. Terms of sale, section 4. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can you fit it?
Yes, within about 50 miles of Small Dole, and further for the right job. Fitting is priced separately, once we've seen where it's going.
